We want you to feel satisfied with what you get from us, if you are not satisfied with your order you can return it to us as per our return & exchange policy. However, we do not facilitate exchange at the moment; you can simply return your merchandise for refund and place a new order for shipment. Although our mistakes low, if it happens we will take care of replacement or return at no cost to you!

Shoe Return Policy: As per policy worn shoes cannot be returned. All shoes must be in original box/package unworn.

Return Procedure:

1. To get return authorization simply call or email us at

2. We send out the RA number and return instructions through email the next business day. Acquire and Print shipping label from company of your choice (we strongly recommend UPS or other service that offer tracking facility)

3. Prepare the package with full or partial order you want to return and put the RA inside the package.

4. Attach the return label on the package. (label will be provided if return is caused by a mistake or incorrect shipment)

5. Ship the package through any service. Once the package is received by our warehouse, credit will be applied to the credit card you used for purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

•No Items can be returned without Return Authorization (RA).

•We issue one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.

•Altered or washed items cannot be returned.

•By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on

•Inspection of the returned items can take 5 – 10 business days.

•Shipment Fee is nonrefundable.

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers: ships outside the US. In any case if you are not satisfied with your items you may return it to use within 21 days of receiving the item for either exchange or return*. However, we do not facilitate exchange at the moment; you can simply return your merchandise for refund and place a new order for shipment. We do not provide return labels for international orders i.e. merchandise return is customer’s responsibility. Return shipping and Import duty will be responsibility of customer.

Cancellation or Changes

Due to our lightning fast order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. You can however do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
